**starting 8/25 we will be offering a women's self defense class, "Easy Escape,
attack escape course designed by the Gracie's. This course will teach basic
Gracie Jiu Jitsu techniques that can be utilized to stop a possible attacker. The
course will be offered 1 hour per week for 8 weeks, Thursday night at 6:00PM.
